• You are responsible for ensuring furniture is accessible for collection or on-site service

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• For projects exceeding £500, a deposit of 50% may be required
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Furniture will not be released until full payment is received

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• All repairs are guaranteed for 12 months against defects in workmanship
• The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage not identified during initial assessment
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided

Customer Responsibilities
