- You are responsible for ensuring furniture is accessible for collection or on-site service
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
- For projects exceeding £500, a deposit of 50% may be required
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Furniture will not be released until full payment is received
Warranty and Liability
We stand behind the quality of our work:
- All repairs are guaranteed for 12 months against defects in workmanship
- The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage not identified during initial assessment
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided

Customer Responsibilities
